JOB DIMENSIONS
a. Carry out workshop & On-site Machining activities.
b. Production Quality
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To manufacture and preparation of the OSM Equipment.
2. To ensure OSM projects are carried out to the correct quality.
3. To ensure workshop jobs are carried out on time and to the correct quality.
4 To help to improve and develop existing and new equipment.
5. To carry out OSM projects as and when needed.
6. To maximise opportunities for additional work on.
7. To ensure workshop is always clean and tidy
8. To ensure that the Company\'s Health & Safety policy is applied at all times.
SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
Ability to use precision machines such as:
1. Lathes.
2. Milling machines.
3. Grinding machines.
4. Horizontal boring.
5. Vertical boring.
6. Read and understand engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
PREFFERRED SKILLS
7. Profile cutting machine
8. Mig welding,
9. Tig welding.
